Duplicate charge

I got charged twice out of paypal for one payment, and I thought the receiver got it twice but I was wrong. There is only one transaction in my summary and he only received it once as well. And it was for 59 USD so it is kinda of a big deal for me. Please help.

Click on the transaction and using the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page, report a billing error.
