I attempted to deposit $140 Cdn into my Fortrade (a reputable stock trading company) account, but the transaction was declined due to "Government regulations.......". Why?
It would have to be the US government since both PayPal and Fortrade are US companies! I’m Canadian and one would think that PayPal would have the answer!! So far they haven’t provided one and I just thought that someone might already have an answer!!
