I am person who set up a PayPal Account for people to donate money. The first time, when I asked for a report, it was after I had made two test donations. Now, I can get a current report online, but when I click on "download," it gets stuck. When I tried another method, even though I put in the current date, it only downloaded the same report as before.
I need to have the information about the people who are coming to our event!!!
