Hi, I sended out item to customer and due covid19 it took long time and they opened case, ebay ruled in thier favor even I sended it and gave tracking, they will still recive item. I was charged back -3.33 on ebay and in case details there were button i pressed it and paid back 3.33, but on paypal it shows same thing I login and theres -3.33GBP on red, and only way to pay it off is by cheque, I dont use cheques tho.
Why there is double charge? I already paid it through ebay but its on minus in paypal, why pay twice ? Or whats going on here?
Theres no way to ask paypal about it.
Is there any support email i can send to ?
