I had made an order from ASOS with PayPal that did not come through with the payment at the first time I tried to order, and at the second time it did. I later checked my bank account and saw I was charged twice, checked my PayPal and saw the first transaction containing in its info “authorization in progress” and the second transaction containing “purchase” What should I do?
Contact the merchant and either cancel the second order OR if they only received x1 order then the second one should time out if not authorised and go back to your bank account.
