To whoever it may concern,
I have an issue with payments. There were purchases made on the 18th of February without me being aware of them, thus I contacted iTunes and had them canceled. iTunes canceled all of the purchases and they refunded the money. My problem is that now PayPal is charging me again for those purchases. How can I fix this problem?
