I have a Temporary Authorization Pending on my PayPal debit card for the exact same amount as the Gasoline I pumped, which shows as a completed transaction. The Temporary Authorization was requested May 23rd it is now the 28th and there is still a hold on it. How do I cancel the transaction and have the funds released back to my account?
