Dont get any refund again

I call my bank and ask about my refund.. They said dont get any transaction refund from paypal.. Its already 8 days.. My bank ask me about ARN number to check if have any transaction refund from paypal..can i get its..

Is there a refund transaction issued in your PayPal account activity marked "Completed"? If so, contact customer service for them to trace it:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

If no refund transaction was issued to your PayPal account, you'll have to contact the person or merchant that is refunding you, or PayPal (if paypal themselves owes you this money) to issue your refund.
