Hi, we've put the "donate" button (copied from PayPal) on our website. Strangely, if anyone who clicks on it pays using their PayPal account, it'll go through, but if you try to use a card, it'll come up as
"Something went wrong
We're sorry your first try didn't work out. This could just be a temporary glitch."
I've contacted Customer Services and they said there's no problem with our account, and we should contact PayPal developers. We aren't the only one apparently, there's been a few merchants who have reported this problem.
Tried with Edge, Firefox, and cleared cookies, no luck. This was originally reported to us, and I had to try out myself just to confirm the problem.
Anyone knows what's going on?
