For at least a year my monthly charitable donations have been taken from my Paypal balance. This was not done in for the Nov. 1 payment. On Nov. 8 the donations (a total of $25.00) were taken directly from my linked bank account. There is plenty of money in my Paypal balance. Why was it not used?
