Does anybody know about PayPal Flex and where you can use it?

I had the option last week to use PayPal Flex and it breaks it down into 3 monthly payments which is great but no info on where you can use it?  Can anyone help?

@Ashtonsmum where/which retailer were you offered PayPal flex?

Looks like they are offering it primarily to tech, but wondered if you'd experienced this on fashion retailers too.
