I have never purchased from abroad before online, and so am wanting to understand things.
I am wondering if I want to use Bitcoin, if Paypal accommodates this form of payment, and how it works. And if it is safe?
The place I want to buy from, I notice does not have GlobalWebPay method of payment, which was the one I first wanted to try after reading about it and it low transfer rate, but does have Bitcoin.
