Documents Submitted, Haven't Verified Properly

Hey There, I Submitted All the Documents and I claim that I'm above 18.
My Birth date is [removed].
I'm 19 years old. 

Kindly Verify My documents and allow me to use Paypal Services.

In order to verify My bank account, Paypal was supposed to send me a ₹1+ to verify that i own my bank account I haven't get that yet.
I want to add Paypal to my website [removed](Avg Monthly Turnover is ₹2000-₹5000)
Since turnover is less so according to the Indian Laws there is no need to file a GST.
