HI i made a purchase from an international website for 100 euro+47 euro shipping cost (small package 2 kg) , the seller shipped my item with UPS . Once my package arrived at an aeroport in another city 8 hours away from my own city . UPS contacted me and told me that customs is holding the package and they are asking me to pay customs 68 % of the original price which i agreed to do because is the buyer's duty to pay customs and the taxes ,However they are asking me also to pay another 70 euro (which i find abusive for a small package )so that they can ship it from to my city and 3% of the total custom fees even though i already paid 47 to the seller. so I just wanna know if i have the right to refuse the delivery and ask for a refund or its my responsibility to pay the additional shipping cost.
