I buy laptop arrived to me damaged and i open a dispute and the seller offered me 90$ refund and i accept the offer and the refund still pending from 30th January to 5th February now the refund removed what's this problem
Oh no! It sounds like the refund may have been sent as an eCheck, and that it was either cancelled or it failed. This means the refund won't be completed. Do you still have your case open?
