Hello! So we have had our paycheck for at least one paycheck so far. Today we were supposed to be paid by direct deposit and there is nothing in the account. We have checked with the employer and they sent it to paypal like they did the last time. What should we do?
I'm sorry to hear of the concern. Direct deposits are processed in multiple batches throughout the day. All direct deposits issued for that day should be completed by 8pm EST. As time has passed since reaching out, I'm hoping this has been resolved.
