I have a direct debit/payment that came out of my bank account to PayPal for the amount of £16.93 on the 3rd of March 2021, however there are no transactions in my recent PayPal activity for £16.93, dating back as far as it will go. There are plenty of other transactions over the past month, but nothing, even in foreign currencies for that amount.
Things used to be a lot simpler for confirming transactions and there was always a 1:1 correlation with my bank and PayPal's recent transaction history, however these days PayPal seem to withdraw the money in a completely random order and possibly consolidating payments. It makes it almost impossible to track down any discrepancies.
Any help would be greatly appreciated on how to resolve this.
