Direct Debit Paypal? "JPMC RE PAYPAL INTL LTD Direct Debit???

I looked at my standing DD Payments randomly at my online banking and I saw this "JPMC RE PAYPAL INTL LTD Direct Debit £219.00 Scheduled"
I checked my bank account and the "JPMC" has taken £219.00 out from my barclays account without my consenting and consulting me?

Did you manage to sort this out? I had seen very similar thing on my account but no money was taken out yet and I have cancelled the DD. No idea how Paypal got hold of my this bank account.
