Dind't recieve an email for the key after transaction

Hello, I added money to my account via a machine(device?) from a store, and after nothing happened, I called the support from the machine firm and they told me i was supposted to recieve an email, which I did not recieve, i'm 100% sure i introduced the correct email (which i log in with and the only one at the time), i also submited a message to the message center here on paypal, but i was wondering if someone knows something about this, i'd appreciate it very much.
