When I create update tracking information why it appear shipped? And I already check "Tracking information not required" It's digital service by the way.
So I tried to click get your funds as Service or virtual product. Confirm order status a week ago.
After that, I fill Order status as Completed with the correct date. I clik Submit, then...

Really? I already refund it and said to who pay me to transfer as family/friends. No effect.
So any solution? The whole archive solution is only dead link and rage.
