I administer this account for a small community nonprofit in the United States (a radio station, to be exact). We are holding a fund drive at the moment, and a couple of our programs have a strong listener base in Japan. However, we've gotten repeated messages from people trying to donate to us from that country using Paypal, saying that they are getting a message that "A donation to this recipient is not supported in this country", or similar. However, we have received other donations recently from Japan, and occasionally other countries overseas, so it is clearly possible. Have other users run into this issue, and is there a common fix for it?
