Hey, paypal I have created that account before, as I was not able to verified it, so I have to closed it, but there is payment from a marketplace which is blocked as I had not verified and there is a message in a email that if I don't verify my account the payment will be returned to sender on 8 January but today is 12 January when I am sending that message and I haven't received that payment in that marketplace (workana) which is mentioned that I will get refund on 8 January and now I have created that paypal account again but the problem is that I haven't received the refund on my workana dashboard as well as not in papal dashboard, and the question is where is my money ??? I can share the screenshot of paypal payment email, please resolve it and refund my money to workana dashboard and please help me I am so worried, that money is so important to me !!!!!
