Didn't receive money

Good day! I must receive money from a colleague, but I can't see them in my paypal account. I got a mail in my mailbox that "*human* has sent you *** euro", but there are no in my account. (I confirmed my mailbox)

Please help!

Have you added euros as a receiving currency in your paypal wallet?

If not do so and the funds should show.
