Didn't receive money after e-mail change!

Hello,

 

Recently i changed the email of my PayPal account, but someone sent me money on the prevous email and the transaction has been done, but I still don't see the money in my paypal account. I need to mention that I no longer have access to my older email, so i can't link it again to paypal account.

 

Is there any way I can fix this?
