Didn't receive a payment from another paypal account

Hey guys

I recently signed up for Paypal. My friend sent me a small amount up to 500USD from his PayPal to my Paypal. It shows in his account that money is sent, tho I still didn't receive anything. He's in Dubai and I'm in Finland. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks

Have you added USD as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

If not then go to your paypal wallet where you can click on + and add it.
