Did not recieve payment

When I was sent international currency for the first time in my paypal, I got a mail from paypal saying that I need to activate my email in order to recieve a payment. When i did that, paypal asked me to mark it a business account in order to recieve international currency. I did that, its been 6 days and I have not got my money yet
