Did not recieve a payment

Someone sent money through Paypal to my email address that did not have a Paypal account at that time. I have not recieved an email regarding this and have not recieved the money or any notification regarding it.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

Did you add the email to your PayPal account now? If yes, please remember to confirm the email in order to receive the payment. Once you have added and confirmed the email, you should be able to claim the payment that was sent to you. Please note that if 30 days have passed or if the buyer cancelled the payment, you will have to request another payment to be sent to you.
