Did not received payment in my paypal account

Is it neccesary to create a business account to get the payment withdrawn from fiverr account?

I did not received payment from my fiverr account in my paypal account.

Can anyone help me?

Not from Fiverr but I did receive payment for an item sold on eBay that is not being listed on my account currently. eBay was able to provide the transaction ID number. PayPal customer service said it could be an issue that is actively being worked on but I'll hold out to see what happens.
