If any of you use the website DeviantArt, it allows you to earn money and then withdraw the money from DeviantArt to Paypal.
I did this a couple times last year without any problem. This year, it has not worked. It keeps saying "email address not a verified by Paypal".
However, I called Paypal and they say that my account is indeed verified. I then contacted DeviantArt and they do not have any issues on their side, so they told me to contact Paypal. Paypal then tells me to contact DeviantArt, and the cycle continues...
Has anyone figured this out?
