I’m not attempting to circumvent anything. I was told at Walmart while depositing funds onto my PayPal cash account/card...I could use a barcode from computer to make a deposit. I was not aware of this. The fact is if I have to pay $3.95 to deposit funds into my card...why would I do that? I have a checking account where I can do the same for no charge. The convenience is not enough to do this every month and loose a minimum of 12 X $3.95. Help me understand if there is a reason to keep this card.
