Depop Seller

I recently sold 2 items on depop, I have had to refund one of the buyers due to a fault on my end meaning I am unable to send the item. However, I haven't received any indication from paypal that they have received either of the payments despite recieving/ sending money from paypal through depop before?  No emails or any money on hold etc... The emails for my depop and paypal match and my account/ cards are confirmed. I also used the the depop hermes delivery service, which means I have just 2 days before the hermes curior arrives to take the parcel but I still have no indication of the payment going through other then depop taking the delivery fee from the bank account attached to my paypal!
