My money has been deducted, and I have not received any confirmation mail or booking reference from Cebu Pacific. What should I do?

Check with the merchant to see if the order went through.

 

It should be a pending authorization with funds held that will expire if it is not converted to a completed charge by the merchant. Allow a week, up to 30 days for it to expire and funds released. If the charge is completed, then you may dispute if necessary.
