I’m trying to sign up to YouTube premium and pay with my paypal and it comes up Payment declined. Your purchase could not be completed due to an issue with your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal Customer Service for more information or choose a different payment method

It would help if you said what funding source you were using with paypal to pay for that transaction?

is it a UK card?

does it have available funds?

is the billing address of the card exactly the same as the paypal address?

does it have the security number on the back?

is the card in your name?

I am having the same issue. As far as I know, my answer to all of those questions would be yes (except for being from the UK; I'm from the US). Please, I need help. I hope it doesn't have anything to do with fraud or anything of that sort.

i have the same exact problem. im from germany and i linked my bank card to my paypal and yes its the same address and same name and there is money in the bank. can someone please help me please
