Decline Payment Reverssal

My payment from Preply was declined due to a KYC issue on 27th December 2020. The issue was resolved by 1st January 2021. I was told that the amount will be reversed to the sender (Preply account) after 30 days. However, the amount hasn't reached my Preply account yet and it's past thirty days. Also, I can't get past the bot and talk to a human agent during the business hours. What do I do? Can I get the email address of the customer support? Please help.
