I know Alot of other people have had this before and didn't get it resolved, but can someone please help, I can't link my debit card to PayPal, if I try, it says it's declined, my card number is correct, no error in expiration date, ccv is right too, and my billing address, I did add my bank account, but on eBay where I shop, it doesn't work 90% of the time, (I use PayPal to pay for something and it tells me to add my card which it declines, and I get no other option to pay.) I have contacted eBay customer service but they weren't any help, and my card doesn't work on eBay either, if I try on any other website or store, my card works just fine, it's only eBay and PayPal it doesn't, with eBay it just says that it can't complete this transaction, my card did work the first 10 minutes of using eBay, but then stopped. Any help would be appreciated.
