Debit card not working

I have added my Discover card on paypal and paypal verified it but when ever j try to pay online by paypal. Paypal does not shows me that card as payment option. Then i have removed my card and again addedd it also set as preferred payment option but still it is not working. Paypal also charged mh around 349 rupees for card verification

Thank you both for posting. I am sorry you're running into issues trying to use your Discover card. @Harikrishan, Discover cards are available in your country. It is possible that at the time of transaction, you are hitting our internal security. This can happen from time to time. You can find more information on what could be happening here. 

@sunaryo, unfortunately it looks like Discover cards are not accepted based on your country. This could explain why you are running into issues.
