Ex being a super pain about another online payment, so I hurriedly added my new debit card and bank account to my PayPal account. I didn't know Debit charges! I got a $25 fee! If he declines, will the whole payment be reversed? It says completed even though he hasn't even accepted it. Please help ASAP!
