The other day I was looking for a convenient way to securely pay for my rent online without the large fee of $15 for the use of a credit card or that of a bank-connected debit card with the fee of $3. I thought, using a PayPal debit card would be a great way to reassure the security of one's accounts, but the only problem is the apartment site requires a bank routing number along with the actual checking account number itself. That's pretty crazy to me especially as concerning as these days have been for most and worries of being wrongly charged or scammed, or worse. Is there a way to use PayPal's options for payments or even including an account number on a merchant's site to pay for expenses if truly necessary to save that $15 ?
