DEPOP asking me to verify my PayPal

I sold an item on DEPOP and it will not let me view the shipping label because it says I need to verify my PayPal. I checked my PayPal and it doesn’t say anything about needing to be verified, and I think it already is. How do I fix this issue?

I also had this problem, but discovered that it was because I had linked my card to my paypal instead of my actual bank account. Going into “Banks and Cards” in settings, removing my card, and linking my actual bank account instead fixed it.
