I'm new to this forum....... Suggestions please!
PayPal is double charging me. My Activity itemization shows that my fees are being withdrawn from our PayPal balance, which I prefer. However, since approximately one month ago, they are withdrawing the same charges from our local bank account!
Can someone offer me a phone number to reach a HELPFUL representative?
Have others experienced the same problem?
Severely frustrated with this, and considering closing my longstanding account!
