I made a cv on cv maker a few months ago and they asked for 3€ to download it and i payed, but didn’t tell me i would be sining up to a subscription of 14,95€. i just found out now and they’ve already took 59,80€ from my bank account. Does anyone know how to fix this and get it all back? thank you
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
