Customers complain about two charges

I can't seem to find an answer to this -- I get calls/emails consistently about customers claiming I have charged their credit cards twice, when what they are seeing is the initial authorization and a delayed capture.  The last person said the "two charges put their account into overdraft" -- I don't have an answer for them as to why this is happening other than the first transaction (Auth.) will drop off.

 

Anyone else deal with this?
