I sent an invoice to my customer who would like to pay using Paypal credit. She has enough credit to pay the balance, however when she tries to pay using Paypal Credit it gives her an error message ("Sorry, but we couldn't complete your purchase using the payment method you selected").
Is there something on the seller's end that needs to be changed in order for customers to be able to use Paypal credit?
