Customer sent paypal to the wrong email address - what can i do?

I was told by a customer they sent me a payment through my website but the recipient was <removed>which is NOT a real email.

 

So now the customer told me they have no way to reverse the payment.

 

They made this payment to me sometime in December. My account is <removed>. I need to know what to tell the customer so they can get their money back and send it to me the right account?
