Customer pay link not working

The link I have been using for years to send my customers to make payments is suddenly not working.

What is the problem?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

I replied to this message several days ago! My profile shows that I am from the United States!! I am looking for someone to please answer my question.

The link I send to my customers to have them use to send me payments to PayPal suddenly stopped working.

Here is the message received when the link is used.
