Customer paid but still on hold.

My customer paid me and I shipped and they received it. But still on hold. How can they confirm the delivery if they don’t have a PayPal.

Did you enter tracking number in the PayPal transaction? Funds are released within one day of delivery being confirmed by PayPal. But sometimes confirmation can be delayed. You can wait 21 days for the release or contact customer service so they can manually confirm delivery and release funds. With the Covid-19 and reduced staff, response time will take longer:

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

If calling, call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
