We're a 501c3, and we used our card reader for the first time at a fundraiser a few months ago and found we needed to collect more info on our customers/guests than we received from the card reader transaction information. By playing with the card reader, I found that there is a way to save customer info after you complete the transaction, but the only way I can find to retrieve it is to go into the sales activity, all sales, then click on the individual transaction, then on the person's name that shows on the bottom of the transaction (right above "refund", "Send Receipt"). Then you'd have to manually copy down all this information.
Is there a way to get all this customer info (not the CC#, just the customer saved info (name, address, email, phone)) to download into a report, some way easier than manually copying it all down?
