I have been trying to contact paypal about a payment for 4 days. They keep sending automatic e-mails back. The place I sent the payment to, cancelled the transaction but paypal tried to charge me anyway the next day. The thing is that the place will send another link so I can try the payment again and I dont want to be charged twice. I am afraid paypal will try to charge it again because last time my bank blocked the payment. I dont want them trying to charge me again (even thought the place cancelled the payment) and I pay again. If paypal charge me for last payment I dont think the place will receive it as they cancelled the transaction. The paypal chat is blocked for me and they said i should try there. I have no option to contact them here.

When you cancel a payment those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will as the transaction was cancelled return them to your funding source (if you paid from your bank account or with a card), or credit your paypal balance (if it was funded from that balance), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.
