They made the payment but myself or the customer only received Woocommerce notifications that there was the payment via PayPal made through the Woocommerce store. But we never received anything from PayPal. On the link attached above, I followed the instructions as a customer said once they re-configured and double checked the payment notification came through automatically. I did test the site with a transaction over the weekend and it went through fine and showed up as completed. I'm unsure what else to do or what exactly happened to that customers payment and I'm so hurt. I didn't mark it completed because it was never received. Have this not happened to anyone else before?
