I received a refund from a seller on Ebay, I originally purchased this item on a $25 Ebay gift card and $62 balance on Paypal, it shows that I received $87 refund on Paypal but my balance is only about $63 and I had a positive balance at time of refund without any additional purchases or fees! Is the $25 back on the Ebay card that I no longer have or is it being held back because it was on a credit card? This refund happened about 3 weeks ago!
Confused and cant get a straight answer on either site!
